Returns & Exchanges
At MOPEPE, we take pride in delivering high-quality, carefully crafted garments. Each of our pieces is handmade using traditional techniques, which means that slight variations in color, texture, and print are part of the uniqueness of our products and should not be considered defects or signs of poor quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with returns and exchanges to ensure your satisfaction.
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, personalized items, international orders, or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return:
- Email us at info@mopepe.org with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Include photos if the product is damaged or defective.
- Approval Confirmation:
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
- Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- For international returns, any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged upon return to our warehouse will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- These fees, along with shipping costs, will be deducted from your refund amount.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for your bank to reflect the refund.
- Deduction of Costs: If any customs duties, taxes, or return shipping costs were incurred, these will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and indicate your preferred replacement item.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
